Delivery areas
We ship within the European Union, including Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany, and other member states.

Delivery times
The standard delivery time is 7 to 8 business days from order confirmation. This may vary during peak periods or due to exceptional circumstances (customs, weather, carrier strikes).

• Economy: €6.89
• Standard: €9.70
• Express: €14.89
• International (outside EU): €17.00

Order processing
Each order is processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is received. You will receive an email as soon as your order ships.

Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

Damaged or missing package
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos if possible.
