1. Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt will also be required.

To start a return, contact us at dugodugo170225@gmail.com. Please do not send us an item without first requesting a return, as it will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom products, and personal care products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

14-day cooling-off period (European Union)
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
